- Traffic routed via Cloudflare with TLS 1.3.
- Multi-factor authentication on our mailbox.
- Weekly host vulnerability scans.
7. Security & Liability Disclaimer
We put in place standard safety measures, but no internet service is completely safe. By using the site, you're doing so at your own risk. CourtToYard isn't responsible for any loss or damage that might happen due to malware, DDoS attacks, or other harmful stuff that could affect your device.
8. Data Retention
We keep email records for a year, then we delete them safely unless the law says we need to keep them longer.
9. Your Rights
You can ask to see, change, delete, limit, or transfer your data. Email [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
